Brittney Mark, Fitness Express Founder
Brittney Mark grew up an athlete and has always had a passion for working out. Upon graduating from Washington State University in 2007 (GO COUGS), she began her professional career in broadcast radio, a career that spanned 10+ years. After becoming a first time mom to her son Griffin (10), she traded in a microphone and headphones for diapers and playdates. It was during this time that she made exercising a full time priority. She has since added another babe to her family, Reesa (7).
Brittney has been a group fitness instructor for 9 years. She teaches a variety of formats including: barre, mat Pilates sculpt, core strength, kickboxing, and mobility. Her style is upbeat, approachable, and a fusion of all things she loves, music, strength, and overall body movement.
in addition to her physical therapist assistant degree, brittney holds certifications as a barre instructor, Level 2 Barre Above instructor, TRX, and Kick it by Eliza, a cardio kickboxing method.
She strives to encourage her clients to look at fitness through a body positive lens. Her hope is that leading with an authentic approach to body movement will inspire others in her fitness community.
Her goal each class is to bring a rockin’ playlist and fresh sequences that challenge clients to have fun, embrace the shake, and keep coming back for more!
